The Natural Healing Diet

The prescription for better health, weight loss, and more energy.

This a low carbohydrate, whole food, low calorie, high fruit and vegetable, optimized fatty acid intake diet for great health. This diet is appropriate for most people, especially people with inflammation and pain, high cholesterol, high blood sugar, and high blood pressure. This would also be considered an anti aging diet because of the high level of antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids. This diet has optimal benefits if the meals are eaten in an 8 hour window; like 10am 2pm 6pm. Its very important to take the supplements recommended. 1400-1900 calorie diet.

 

BREAKFAST

2-4 Eggs

1  Toast (sprouted/ sourdough/ GF)

1 Fruit (berries only if sugar issues)

Optional: Vegetables/ Cheese

Coffee or Tea

 

LUNCH (DETOX SHAKE)

1 scoop Natural Whey

and/or

1-2 scoops Collagen Peptides

2 Tbs Coconut oil

16 oz Water or any Nut Milk

Optional: Berries, Nuts, Vegetables

 

DINNER

¼ -½ Lb Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Fish
